What is the ABR® Designation?
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer–clients. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, and is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
By choosing to work with an ABR® designated agent, you will benefit from their valuable real estate education and ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that help them stay on top of the issues and trends which are most important to you, as a home buyer and client.

There’s no coincidence when it comes to CRS success. CRS agents must meet stringent education and experience requirements.mThat’s why only 3% of REALTORS® are Certified Residential Specialists. CRS agents are dedicated professionals. They work to ensure success for their home-buying and selling clients by tapping into their superior training, exceptional professional referral network, and timely and cutting-edge industry Resources.
